Print Utility is a mobile application designed to function as a portable Multi-Function Device (MFD) user interface panel, enabling users to efficiently carry out essential tasks such as copying, faxing, scanning, and printing directly from their smartphones and tablets.

This application plays a significant role in reducing Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) in office environments while mitigating the risk of unattended printouts. Features such as Multiple-Up printing, duplex options, and authentication settings lend to its practical utility. Additionally, Print Utility ensures secure communication with MFDs by supporting encryption protocols like IPPS and SNMPv3.

Copy, Scan, and Fax Functions:

• Users can save frequently-used settings in a "Favorites" list, accommodating up to 30 configurations.
• Faxes and emails can be sent easily using contacts stored on the user's device.

Note: A wireless network with an access point is required for these functions.

Print Function:

• Facilitates the printing of photos and PDF documents directly from mobile devices.
• Includes a print preview feature to help prevent errors in selection.

Document Capturing Function:

• Allows users to capture scanned documents onto their mobile devices.
• Offers keystone correction and gradation adjustments for images captured via camera.
• Images can be rotated for better orientation and visibility.

Accessibility Features:

• Text enlargement options are available for enhanced readability.
• Read-aloud features and magnified view assist visually impaired users.
• Color inversion provides further accessibility measures.

Additional Capabilities:

• NFC support enables functions such as Printer Registration, Print, Scan (import from Scanner), Copy, Scan to Email/Folder, and Fax with a single tap.
• The app allows for the registration and selection of multiple printers.
• QR Code functionality is integrated for Printer Registration, Print, Scan to Mobile, Copy, Email, and Scan to Folder tasks.
• A Print QR Code feature is available for easy access to printer information.

Note: Certain functionalities may not be compatible with all MFDs or printers.

Prerequisites:

• MFDs or printers must be manufactured by Fujifilm Business Innovation.
• The supported models should be connected to the same network as the mobile device with LPD enabled or should have Wi-Fi Direct capabilities.
• Bonjour must be activated on supported models for automatic recognition. If not available, users can still print by entering the device's IP address from their mobile device.
